On Thursday, detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division’s TITANS team arrested Kenyal Pinkerton, 24, in connection with a shooting that occurred on January 29 outside 87 Fain Street in Nashville. The incident involved Pinkerton allegedly shooting two men during an altercation. One victim, aged 39, suffered leg injuries, while the other, aged 26, was shot in the groin. Both victims are currently recovering from their injuries. The investigation revealed that Pinkerton, along with three other acquaintances, was involved in a dispute that escalated to gunfire.
Pinkerton faces several charges, including attempted criminal homicide, felony reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. Additionally, at the time of her arrest, she was wanted on charges of domestic assault related to an incident with a former girlfriend on February 1. Her bond has been set at $283,500 by a judicial commissioner.
