Tennessee Board of Regents Audit Committee Meeting Scheduled

Tennessee Board of Regents Audit Committee to meet on February 18, 2025.

The Audit Committee of the Tennessee Board of Regents is set to convene on February 18, 2025, to discuss audit items and review reports in preparation for the upcoming regular quarterly meeting of the Board of Regents on February 26. The Board of Regents oversees the state’s public community colleges and colleges of applied technology.

The meeting will be conducted via teleconference and will start at 9 a.m. Central/10 a.m. Eastern. It will be live-streamed and archived on the Tennessee Board of Regents’ website. The agenda for the Audit Committee includes informational reports covering audit findings and recommendations, audit reports and reviews, and system-wide internal audit updates. Action items include the review of revisions to the Fiscal Year 2025 Revised Internal Audit Plans, the revised Internal Audit Charter, and the revised Audit Committee Charter.

The next quarterly meeting of the Board of Regents will occur at 1 p.m. Central on February 26, 2025, at the Tennessee Board of Regents System Office in Nashville, TN.
