National Electrical Code Training Open for Registration

A six-week course offers preparation for various electrical licenses.

The National Electrical Code (NEC) training course is now open for registration. This comprehensive six-week program is tailored to assist individuals in preparing for a range of electrical licenses. The course targets those seeking certifications such as the State of Tennessee Certificate, State of Georgia Certificate, Chattanooga certifications I, II, and III, Plant Electrician, Master Plant Electrician, Journeyman, Residential Journeyman, Sign Journeyman, and IBEW Certification.

Participants will gain a thorough understanding of electrical theory and essentials. The course includes a comprehensive study of electrical calculations, providing step-by-step instructions for setting up and solving problems accurately. As part of the training, participants will engage with questions designed to test and expand their knowledge as they progress through the material. Each participant will receive the NEC Code Book 2017 Edition, which is included in the course fee.

The course fee is $599.00, and the sessions will be conducted in person by instructor Donald Henry. Scheduled from March 3, 2025, to April 9, 2025, classes will run every Monday and Wednesday from 5:45 PM to 8:45 PM, totaling 12 sessions.
