The victim, Ivorie Lee, 35, was reportedly shot in the parking lot after an altercation over money that Hall owed Lee. According to the investigation, the confrontation turned violent when Lee punched Hall in the face. In response, Hall drew a firearm and shot Lee before fleeing the scene. Lee was transported to Skyline Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. In addition to the homicide charge, Hall faces charges for unlawful gun possession, as he is a convicted felon.
