NASHVILLE, T.N. (February 3, 2025) – Little Miss Mao, the eagerly awaited culinary concept by James Beard semifinalist Sophina Uong, is set to open its doors on March 10, 2025. Situated within Skinny Dennis, a honky tonk bar originally from Brooklyn, Little Miss Mao offers a culinary experience that reflects Uong’s heritage, characterized by an eclectic and adventurous style.
Sophina Uong expressed her excitement about the new venture, stating, “Nashville felt like the perfect next step—it’s a city with incredible energy, a dynamic food scene, and a deep love for bold, creative flavors.” She emphasized the synergy with the Skinny Dennis team, noting their shared passion for innovation and authenticity.
