Ford Motor Company has been named the official car and truck for NASCAR race weekends at four venues operated by Speedway Motorsports. The announcement, made in Lebanon, Tennessee, confirms new and extended partnerships covering Atlanta Motor Speedway, North Wilkesboro Speedway, Nashville Superspeedway, and Dover Motor Speedway.
Mark Rushbrook, the global director of Ford Performance, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, highlighting the longstanding relationship with Speedway Motorsports. “Our success is built on relationships, and Speedway Motorsports has always been a tremendous partner with Ford,” Rushbrook stated. The collaboration will see Ford vehicles, including the Mustang and F-150, serve as the official pace car and truck for several NASCAR events.
The partnership covers prominent races such as the Ambetter Health 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway and the NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway. It will also include events at Nashville Superspeedway and Dover Motor Speedway. These events are scheduled to occur between February and July 2025.
Ford will benefit from exclusive marketing and promotional opportunities across these NASCAR race weekends, along with VIP hospitality arrangements. The terms of the multi-year agreement have not been disclosed.
Marcus Smith, president and CEO of Speedway Motorsports, acknowledged Ford’s significant role in NASCAR since 1948. “It’s our honor and privilege to not only extend this partnership but to expand it to new venues this year,” Smith said.
