Detectives Seek Suspect in Nolensville Pike Shooting

Police search for suspect in February 8 shooting on Nolensville Pike.

Detectives from the Non-Lethal Shooting Unit are actively working to identify a suspect involved in a shooting that occurred on the evening of February 8 on Nolensville Pike in Nashville. The incident took place outside a restaurant located at 5743 Nolensville Pike. A 45-year-old father, who was carrying his two seven-month-old daughters, was shot in the hip during a confrontation with the suspect.

The suspect was driving a 2010-2014 white Ford Flex and nearly struck the victim as they pulled into a parking spot. This led to a verbal altercation, during which the suspect produced a handgun and fired at the father. Following the incident, the suspect fled the scene in the vehicle, heading inbound on Nolensville Pike.

Nashville Suspect Surrenders on Multiple Warrants

Whitney Warren, a 37-year-old suspect on the Nashville Police Department’s Most Wanted list, turned herself in after facing nine outstanding warrants. She was involved in a series of criminal activities, including vehicle theft and aggravated assault, with the latest being the theft of a Nissan Armada and subsequent high-speed chase. Warren is being held on a $232,100 bond.
