**District 47 Updates:**
In Carroll County, work on SR-76 (US-79) involves grading, drainage, noise walls, signals, and paving from near SR-77 to Cutlip Lane, causing lane closures. Meadowbrook Lane and Big Buck Road have been closed, with detours provided. Improvements at the intersections of SR-22 with Clyde Road and Lexington Street at the Huntingdon Industrial Park will also result in lane closures.
In Dyer County, inspections of the SR-211 bridge over the North Fork Forked Deer River will cause outside lane closures starting August 9, 2024. Meanwhile, construction on SR-76 (US-79) from Gibson County to Carroll County involves temporary lane closures.
Obion County’s SR-22 resurfacing, including bridge joint repairs, will cause temporary lane closures throughout the project.
**District 48 Updates:**
In Chester County, bridges on U.S. 45 over overflow areas will initiate lane closures from October 1, 2024, affecting southbound traffic. In Hardin County, SR-128 over the Pickwick Dam will have temporary lane closures. Madison County will see northbound right lane closures on U.S. 45 for AT&T infrastructure work from January 21 to January 25.
**District 49 Updates:**
In Fayette County, construction on SR-222 including the I-40 interchange will cause lane closures, with speed limits reduced. Lane closures will also occur on SR-76 for SR 460 construction, with temporary traffic signals installed. In Shelby County, multiple projects will cause lane closures on SR-175, SR-4, SR-14, SR-57, I-240, and I-40, with speed limits reduced in some areas. Additionally, the I-55 interchange at E. H. Crump Blvd. will see intermittent lane closures and detours, with specific restrictions in place.
In Tipton County, safety improvements at US-51 and Kenwood Avenue will result in temporary lane closures.
Shelby County will also experience long-term lane closures on SR-177 for widening and intersection improvements.
