The Water Resources Department is in the process of relocating its customer service lobby. The current office at 300 NW Broad Street will close its doors on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. The department will reopen at its new location at 316 Robert Rose Drive on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., ready to assist customers in person.
Please note that both the old and new locations will be closed on January 15, 2025, to facilitate the transition.

To reach the new location from the old office at 300 NW Broad Street, take NW Broad Street to a left turn at Old Fort Parkway/TN-96. Then, turn right onto Mall Circle Drive and continue to Robert Rose Drive. The new office at 316 Robert Rose Drive is located on the right.
