Public Notice on Air Pollution Source Applications

Public comment invited on construction and modification of air pollution sources.

The Metro Public Health Department’s Air Pollution Control Division has received an application for a construction permit and/or a synthetic minor operating permit. This public notice pertains to the proposed development of an air pollution source and is governed by the Metropolitan Code of Laws, Chapter 10.56, specifically sections related to “Air Pollution Control” and “New Source Review.”

The application is subject to a public notification and a 30-day comment period, as outlined in Paragraph N of Section 10.56.020 for construction permits, and Section 10.56.040 for operating permits. Public comments are encouraged and must be submitted to the Air Pollution Control Division Office by February 9, 2025.

Nashville Prepares for Winter Weather Event
