Jonathan Keith died following a shooting incident in Nashville.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department is investigating the death of Jonathan T. Keith, a 29-year-old man from Nashville, who was critically injured in a shooting incident on Sunday morning. The incident occurred inside a duplex located at 3102-A Brickdale Lane.

Police officers received a call regarding the shooting shortly after 3:30 a.m. Upon investigation, detectives discovered that Keith had been involved in an argument with an acquaintance, which escalated, resulting in him being shot. The suspect reportedly dragged Keith outside and attempted to clean the scene before fleeing prior to the arrival of the authorities.

Medical personnel assessed Keith’s injuries on Sunday and concluded they were not survivable. Homicide detectives are actively following strong leads as they work to identify and apprehend the individual responsible for the shooting. The investigation is ongoing, and the police department is urging anyone with information to come forward.

Convicted Felon Arrested for Nashville Shooting
