Employees now have access to their 2024 W-2 forms, which are available for viewing and printing through the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal. To access the forms, employees should log into the ESS portal and select “View Last Year’s W2” from the homepage. From there, choose “View W-2 Image” in the top right corner to view and print the PDF version of the W-2 form.
In addition to the online access, printed copies of the W-2 forms were distributed to each department on Friday, January 24, 2025. Employees who have any questions or encounter issues accessing their W-2 forms are encouraged to contact the Payroll Department for assistance. They can be reached by phone at 629-201-6250 or by email. For additional information, employees can visit the ESS portal here.
