Fentanyl-Laced Cocaine and Firearms Seized in Nashville Raid

Nashville police seize fentanyl-laced cocaine and two firearms in a recent raid.

An investigation led by Nashville’s Narcotics detectives, with support from Interdiction and Vice detectives, resulted in the execution of a search warrant at an apartment on Dellway Villa Drive. The search yielded the seizure of over one ounce of fentanyl-laced cocaine and two firearms, including a revolver and an AK-style rifle. The resident of the apartment, Archie Cosby Jr., aged 59, has been arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a gun in the commission of a felony, and felony drug possession. Cosby has a history of legal issues, with prior convictions for being a felon in possession of a gun, cocaine sales, and aggravated assault. He is currently held on a $63,000 bond. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) continues its efforts to combat illegal drug activities and violent crime in the area as part of its commitment to ensuring community safety.

Two Men Arrested for Stolen Vehicles and Firearm

Keyvon West and Nicholas Dalton were arrested for driving stolen vehicles and possessing a stolen firearm after being caught by detectives in Nashville. The two men were found with stolen items, including a Jeep, a handgun, and credit cards, and now face multiple charges. Both are under investigation for additional vehicle burglaries.
