Dine Nashville: The Music City Way, a month-long culinary celebration in February, has announced an expansion of its chef collaboration events. Five additional chef partnerships have been added to this year’s lineup, enhancing the diverse culinary experiences available to attendees. This event, which includes Specialty Items and Offers and concludes with Restaurant Week at the end of February, is supported by partners such as Slane Irish Whiskey and Nashville Scene.
The event will benefit the Music City Inc. Foundation, in support of organizations like Big Table and CORE, which offer assistance to restaurant and hospitality workers in crisis. Assembly Food Hall, Nashville’s largest rooftop venue with over 30 eateries, will also participate throughout February, contributing through a round-up campaign for Big Table and CORE.
A notable addition to this year’s program is Table 54 with Big Table, an inaugural dinner event featuring inspiring stories alongside exquisite dining. Proceeds from this dinner will support Big Table’s efforts in aiding the Nashville restaurant community.
Leading up to Dine Nashville, the city will host Nashville Scene’s Hot Chicken Week from January 27 through February 2, offering hot chicken deals at various local restaurants. The excitement continues with unique chef collaborations throughout February. Tickets for these events are available for purchase on the Dine Nashville website.
Highlighted chef collaborations include Chef Joshua Homacki and Culinary Director Chris Crary, Chef Ben Norton with Chef Ben Tyson, and Chef Chris DeJesus with Chef Kristin Beringson, among others. Newly announced collaborations feature notable names like Chef Michael Mina and Chef Hannah Miller, adding to the diverse culinary offerings.
In addition to chef collaborations, specialty items such as Irish Coffee featuring Slane Irish Whiskey will be available at select venues throughout February. Nashville will also host part of the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America culinary series on February 20, recognizing local chefs and celebrating culinary excellence.
Dine Nashville will culminate with Restaurant Week from February 24 to March 2, offering special menus and deals for brunch, lunch, and dinner across various Nashville restaurants. Details on participating venues and special offerings will be available on the Dine Nashville website in late January.
Founded in 2009, Big Table is a nonprofit organization supporting hospitality workers in crisis. CORE is another nonprofit providing assistance to food and beverage service families facing personal hardships.
