Convicted Felon Arrested in Connection with October Crimes

Raphale Holt is arrested on charges related to a shooting and burglary in Nashville.

A 31-year-old convicted felon, Raphale Holt, has been taken into custody by the Nashville police on multiple charges related to incidents that occurred in October. The arrest was made by detectives from the TITANS Unit who located Holt on Trinity Lane at Dickerson Pike.

Holt’s arrest is linked to an aggravated burglary that took place on October 10, where he allegedly held two family members at gunpoint after breaking into their home. Upon his arrest, Holt was found in the back seat of a Nissan Altima, with two baggies of marijuana in his possession, which he admitted were his.

In an interview with detectives from the Non-Lethal Shooting Unit, Holt confessed to being involved in a shooting on October 14 on 9th Avenue North, where a 28-year-old man was injured. The victim of the shooting reported having an argument with Holt before being shot in the leg.

Holt was booked on his outstanding warrants for aggravated assault and false imprisonment and faced additional charges for aggravated assault, being a felon in possession of a weapon, and drug possession. He remains in custody with a bond set at $140,000.

Nashville Police Seek Burglary Suspect Identification

Detectives in Nashville are seeking public assistance to identify two young male suspects involved in a home burglary on Slaydon Drive on December 28. During the burglary, the suspects stole a white 2010 Ford F-150, suspected in other car break-ins, after entering the home by breaking a rear window.
