Teen Arrested for School-Related Robbery

A 15-year-old student was arrested for allegedly robbing a fellow student at gunpoint.

A 15-year-old student from Bass Learning Center in Nashville was arrested after allegedly committing an aggravated robbery at a nearby bus stop following school dismissal. The suspect, identified as Brandon Jennings, reportedly pointed a handgun at a 16-year-old student and demanded money. The victim returned to Bass Learning Center and informed school staff of the incident. School officials located Jennings near the bus stop on 51st Avenue North, where he was found in possession of a loaded handgun and marijuana. Members of the Rapid School Safety Team then took Jennings into custody. He faces charges, including aggravated robbery, in Juvenile Court.
