The Metro Public Health Department’s Air Pollution Control Division has received an application for a construction permit and/or a synthetic minor operating permit. This application pertains to air pollution sources and is subject to specific regulations outlined in Chapter 10.56 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, “Air Pollution Control.” The relevant sections include 10.56.020, concerning “Construction Permits,” and 10.56.040, regarding “Operating Permits.” Additionally, Section 3-2 of Regulation 3, “New Source Review,” mandates a public notification process and a 30-day public comment period.

The application package is available for public review at the Metro Public Health Department’s Vital Records Division located at 2500 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee.
