The Metropolitan Action Commission (MAC) has announced a change in operations for the upcoming holiday season. From Thursday, December 26, 2024, through Friday, January 3, 2025, the commission will be working remotely. During this period, the onsite customer care center will remain closed.
Customers can still reach out to MAC through various channels. They can call at 615-862-8860, email at metroaction@nashville.gov, or drop off documents using the drop box at the main location, which is located at 1281 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Additionally, the Metropolitan Government of Nashville will be observing the Christmas holiday, resulting in closures on Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25. The government offices will also be closed on Monday, January 1, for the New Year holiday.
