Homicide detectives in Nashville are currently investigating the fatal shooting of Uns Ali Hameed, 48, which occurred on Friday evening at approximately 6:40 p.m. outside her home on Penn Meade Way. Law enforcement officers were called to the scene after reports of gunfire and discovered Hameed unresponsive in the street. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses reported hearing about four gunshots and observed a dark sedan quickly leaving the area following the incident. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding Hameed’s murder to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
