Her experience includes preparing complex federal and state income tax returns for various entities such as individuals, partnerships, estates, and trusts. She also offers estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax planning, focusing on minimizing tax liabilities through effective planning. Her background includes working with family offices and closely held businesses, assisting them in navigating complex tax matters to achieve financial success.
Michelle’s extensive experience also encompasses representing clients during audits conducted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and successfully managing field examinations. Her ability to handle these processes with expertise and professionalism makes her a reliable advisor for clients dealing with significant tax issues.
