City of Knoxville Holiday Closures and Schedule Changes

Knoxville announces closures and adjusted schedules for Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

The City of Knoxville has announced its holiday schedule, which includes closures for Christmas and New Year’s Day. City offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25, 2024, for Christmas, as well as on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, for New Year’s Day. These closures affect several city services, including the 311/211 Center for Service Innovation. However, residents can still make 311 requests through the MyKnoxville smartphone app. The app and the TN211.org website offer information on various social services and community resources. In case of an emergency, residents should call 911.
