Canopy by Hilton, a premium boutique hotel brand under Hilton, is scheduled to open a new location in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood in spring 2025. The Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown The Gulch will be situated on Division Street and will offer 181 rooms, including 27 suites and 10 premium rooms. The hotel aims to reflect the industrial history of The Gulch through its modern interiors, with features like loft-style concrete ceilings, wood floors, and art-focused aesthetics.
The hotel will also include a two-story Presidential Suite with a private rooftop terrace, as well as a variety of dining options. A highlight will be COA, an 8,000-square-foot rooftop bar and restaurant specializing in elevated Mexican cuisine, offering both indoor and outdoor seating with views of the Nashville skyline. Silo, another restaurant on the hotel’s main floor, will feature local favorites and a large patio. Additional food and beverage options include Five Points Pizza and 8th and Roast Coffee, both of which will have a presence within the hotel.
