Public Notice on Air Pollution Source Permits

Notice of application for air pollution permit with public comment period.

The Metro Public Health Department’s Air Pollution Control Division has received an application for a construction permit and/or a synthetic minor operating permit for an air pollution source. As per the Metropolitan Code of Laws, Chapter 10.56, “Air Pollution Control,” and Section 3-2 of Regulation 3, “New Source Review,” this application requires public notification and a 30-day public comment period.

The application package is available for public review at the Metro Public Health Department, Vital Records Division, located at 2500 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee. Interested parties must submit their comments to the Air Pollution Control Division Office by December 15, 2024. Comments can be emailed to [email protected].
