The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security (TDOSHS) has announced extended service hours at the Trenton Driver Services Center for one day only on Saturday, October 12. The center, located at 2211 Highway 45 Bypass South, will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. During these special Saturday hours, residents of Tennessee can access a variety of services typically available at a full-service Driver Services Center. These services include the issuance, replacement, and renewal of driver licenses, graduated driver licenses, REAL IDs, identification (ID Only) licenses, and handgun carry permits. Additionally, vision, knowledge, and skills testing will be offered, along with motor vehicle records, voter registration, and organ/tissue donor registration. For those who prefer to complete transactions online, many Driver Service transactions are also available through the TDOSHS’s online platform.
