Suspect Arrested in Facebook Marketplace Robberies

A 20-year-old suspect has been arrested for multiple Facebook Marketplace robberies.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division have arrested Yordi Xitumul Gutierrez, 20, in connection to a series of robberies that occurred through Facebook Marketplace transactions. The arrest took place at Gutierrez’s residence in Old Hickory, following his identification as the suspect involved in two separate incidents where three individuals were robbed.

In these incidents, Gutierrez allegedly placed a listing for a Toyota Corolla on Facebook Marketplace and arranged meetings with potential buyers at locations on Old Hickory Boulevard. During these meetings, it is reported that Gutierrez brandished a handgun and took the money that the victims had brought for the vehicle purchase. Additionally, in one of the robberies, a second victim’s iPhone and license plate were also taken.

Gutierrez has been charged with three counts of aggravated robbery and is currently being held with a bail set at $150,000.

Arrest Warrant Issued for Nashville Murder Suspect

An arrest warrant has been issued for Malik Turrentine, 19, who is wanted for the murder of Michael Harvell outside the 4:13 Strong program facility in Nashville. An initial conflict among residents led to Harvell’s stepson being assaulted, and the situation escalated the following day when Harvell was fatally shot. Turrentine, who is on probation for prior drug and gun charges, is considered armed and dangerous, and authorities are seeking information on his whereabouts.
