The Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is offering up to four hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credits available this fall. This initiative comes in response to a lower than expected number of credits awarded during the annual educational conference this year.
The sessions will be conducted by the judges of the Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims (CWCC) and will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. These individual, live sessions are scheduled on Wednesdays at 11:30 AM Central time (12:30 PM Eastern time), starting from October 23, 2024. Each session will last for one hour, and attorneys are encouraged to attend all four sessions.
