Tennessee Allocates $1.3 Million for Waste Management Improvements
The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) has approved $1.3 million in grants to improve solid waste management and used automotive oil collection sites across the state. The initiative includes support for establishing and upgrading convenience centers and public automotive fluid collection sites, funded in part by a fee on oil sales.
