An arrest warrant has been issued for Malik Turrentine, 19, who is wanted for the criminal homicide of Michael Harvell, 44. The investigation into the incident reveals that a conflict among residents at the program’s facility took place on Saturday. During this altercation, Harvell’s stepson was reportedly assaulted. Following the incident, Harvell and his wife removed their son from the property. They returned the following day, Sunday night, for a meeting with program staff and residents. During this meeting, another confrontation ensued, leading to Harvell being fatally shot by Turrentine.
