Triple Murder on Bart Drive Under Investigation

Detectives investigate Atlanta connections in Bart Drive triple homicide.

The ongoing investigation into the triple homicide that occurred Friday night at 223 Bart Drive has led to the positive identification of two victims, both believed to be from the Atlanta area. One of the victims has been identified as 22-year-old Jesus Gallardo-Ramirez. The second identified victim is a 48-year-old man, whose next of kin is being notified.

The residence at 223 Bart Drive, recently sold and sparsely furnished, was being leased by an individual from Atlanta. At approximately 10:35 p.m. on Friday, two of the victims and a woman arrived at the home in a white Honda sedan with a Georgia temporary tag, joining another victim already present. Shortly after their arrival, several individuals approached the house, fatally shot one victim on the front porch, entered the home, and killed the other two victims. The suspects then fled to at least one nearby vehicle and drove off.

Neighborhood surveillance footage indicates that the woman was not with the suspects when they fled. It is believed she ran away through the rear of the home. Her identity and whereabouts remain unknown. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) continues to urge her to visit any police station to meet with detectives and receive assistance.

A call to the Emergency Communications Center was received at 11:11 p.m., more than 30 minutes after the gunfire. The caller, speaking on behalf of a Spanish-speaking friend, reported a fight at the Bart Drive residence.

Homicide detectives are working closely with authorities in the Atlanta area to pursue leads. Anyone with information that could aid the investigation is encouraged to contact Nashville Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers can remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward of up to $5,000.
