The Pumpkin One Mile Fun Run is scheduled to take place at Gateway Island on Saturday, October 26. Participants are encouraged to bring a pumpkin of any size to act as their running buddy. The event, which runs from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, requires a canned good or non-perishable item as an entry fee. All collected items will be donated to Greenhouse Ministries.
The race will officially start at 4:00pm at the Gateway Island Rotunda, located at 1875 W. College St, Murfreesboro. Attendees are also invited to register for door prizes. For more information, you can find directions to Gateway Island.
