Make a Play Hospitality has announced the reopening of its popular lounge, now called Jar10, in Hillsboro Village, Nashville. The lounge, formerly known as Jar, underwent extensive renovations and rebranding, and officially reopened on September 5, 2024. The refreshed venue features an updated design, extended hours, and an expanded menu.
The 3,600-square-foot speakeasy-style lounge is an extension of its sister restaurant, Bungalow10. The revamped space includes tropical design elements such as palm leaf wallpaper and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Seating options range from intimate lounge booths in vibrant colors to cabana-style seating and a bar. A lofted area is designated for a DJ who will play Top 40, hip hop, and hits from the 90s and 2000s every night.

Jar10 offers a curated selection of premium shisha, also known as hookah, in 18 flavors. Options include Fruity Pebbles, Lemon Cheesecake, “Jar Mix,” and California Breeze. Guests can further customize their shisha with add-ons like candy tips, ice tips, a milk base, or a fruit-filled bottom.
The new menu, designed by Culinary Director Brandon Truesdale, features a variety of gourmet dishes and small plates that highlight local and international flavors. Menu items include empanadas, St. Louis style fried rice, a red snapper dish, Land and Sea Burgers, and salmon bites. On weekends, a late-night menu includes wings, pastrami fries, and pizzas.
A bottomless brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays in collaboration with Chef Jerod Wilcher and ButterFLY Garden Brunch, offering bottomless mimosas and a five-course menu for $50 per person. The brunch menu includes waffle biscuits with crawfish gravy, a “loaded waffles” platter, shrimp and grits, and Hennessy and honey wings.

The new cocktail menu at Jar10 features some of the original Jar’s staple cocktails, such as Smoking Mirrors, Late Night Alibi, and Welcome to Paradise. New additions include frozen drinks and large-format cocktails like a cocktail carousel and lemon drop and margarita trees.

Jar10 is located inside Bungalow10 at 1910 Belcourt Ave, Nashville, TN 37212. The lounge operates Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to Midnight, Friday from 5 PM to 2 AM, Saturday from 10 AM to 2 AM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 10 PM. Brunch hours are 10 AM to 4 PM on weekends, and the late-night menu is available from 10 PM to 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
