Driver Sought for Vehicular Homicide After Fatal April 28 Crash

Authorities are searching for Daniel Lorenzo Tyler, wanted in connection with a fatal car accident on April 28.

Traffic Unit investigators are actively seeking Daniel Lorenzo Tyler, 25, from Murfreesboro. Tyler is now wanted on charges of vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment following a fatal crash that occurred on April 28. The accident resulted in the death of his rear passenger, Keijhan Roby, 22.

The investigation revealed that Tyler was driving his Dodge Charger at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour on I-24 East near Harding Place. He lost control of the vehicle, which then struck a rock wall. Roby succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Tyler was subsequently transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. The front seat passenger of the vehicle was not injured in the crash.
