The City of Murfreesboro will be accepting public comments on its 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) during a hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at the McFadden Community Center, located at 211 Bridge Ave, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The public review period will end on Thursday, September 19, 2024, and written comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on that date.

No displacement will occur due to the activities described in the report. Should displacement occur, the City will adhere to the provisions required by CFR 570.606 (Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance).
