The 2024 Little Debbie Hamilton County Fair will return over Veterans Day weekend, featuring headliner Larry Fleet. Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp and community leaders announced that the fair will take place for the second year at the historic McDonald Farm. Last year’s event attracted over 40,000 visitors to the 2,100-acre venue in Sale Creek and promises a blend of classic favorites and new additions for attendees of all ages.
“The Little Debbie Hamilton County Fair came back bigger and better than ever last year at its new home, McDonald Farm,” said Mayor Wamp. “We can’t wait until November when our community once again gathers to celebrate everything that makes this county the best place in America to raise a family.”
Tennessee-born singer Larry Fleet will headline the second night with his powerful voice and traditional country sound. Supporting acts include the platinum-selling band Sister Hazel on opening night and local favorite Brandon Davis, whose song “Step by Step” reached number four on the Billboard charts.
Presented by title sponsor Little Debbie, the fair welcomes everyone to partake in this autumn tradition. Chris McKee, President & COO of McKee Foods, expressed excitement for another successful year, stating, “We love the opportunity to bring a wholesome family and budget-friendly event to residents of greater Hamilton County.”
This year’s fair will feature expanded amusement rides from the Kissel Amusement Company, a variety of food vendors, agricultural exhibits, a nationally acclaimed live rodeo, and the popular lumberjack show.
“We hope to build on last year’s incredible turnout and success while enhancing certain areas to really solidify this fair as a staple event that transcends generations,” said Karen Shostak, Deputy Director of Hamilton County Parks & Recreation.
A new traffic flow plan will facilitate parking with direct access to the fairgrounds. Daily ticket prices range from $6-8, with discounts for active military, veterans, emergency service personnel, and teachers. A three-day pass is available for $13 in advance and $15 at the gate. Children 10 and under enter for free. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit www.hamiltontnfair.com.
