Noelle, a boutique hotel in downtown Nashville, has announced the appointment of Jason Francisco as the new Executive Chef at its restaurant, Makeready L&L. Known for his inventive culinary approach and deep understanding of ingredients, Francisco aims to refresh and expand the menu with a focus on coastal Italian cuisine. The updated menu, launching on August 5, 2024, will feature dishes such as Woodfire Whole Red Snapper, Calamari Fritti, and Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio, served daily. Francisco has also ensured a variety of options for guests with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, and dairy-free dishes.
Additionally, Makeready L&L will reintroduce its weekend brunch from Friday to Sunday, featuring popular items like Dutch Baby and Salmon Avocado Toast. Aperitivo specials will be available from 3 pm to 5 pm on weekends. Francisco brings over 15 years of culinary experience to the role, having previously worked at renowned establishments such as Eataly LA and Viceroy Santa Monica.
