Martin, who joined the City of Murfreesboro as the Training and Development Manager in January 2022, is known for his positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues. Whether resolving technical issues swiftly or teaching new skills, his commitment to helping others is unwavering.
The STARS Service Excellence program celebrates employees who embody the city’s service standards and core values. The award recognizes those who go beyond their job duties to provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
