The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department has identified the man killed in an overnight exchange of gunfire at an apartment complex parking lot as 19-year-old Jerod Robb. The incident occurred at 149 Hickory Hollow Terrace, where Robb was found lying in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.

Responding officers discovered Robb just after midnight on Tuesday. Two pistols were recovered next to him. Despite being transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center, Robb succumbed to his injuries.
