Tonight, detectives from the Missing Persons Unit, in collaboration with the Specialized Investigations Division, arrested Miles Williams, 39, on a second-degree murder indictment related to the death of Emily Bradley. Bradley, 44, was discovered on March 2 in Whites Creek off Buena Vista Pike after being reported missing from Norvel Street several days earlier.
The Medical Examiner’s Office determined that Bradley’s death was caused by blunt force trauma. The investigation, led by Missing Persons Detective Elizabeth Mills, uncovered that Bradley was last seen with her boyfriend, Williams. Upon his arrest, Williams declined to speak with detectives, but he did mention that he had ingested narcotics.
Williams was taken to General Hospital and will be booked on the murder indictment after his release. For more information, visit the Nashville Police Department website.
