NASHVILLE — The Department of Revenue invites wholesalers and retailers to join a free webinar about the Tennessee Retail Accountability Program (RAP) on August 27 at 9 am Central time. The webinar is particularly relevant for businesses dealing in beer, tobacco, nonalcoholic beverages, candy, or snacks.

Kentucky Resident Pleads Guilty to Tax Evasion

Gina Watson from Kentucky has pled guilty to tax evasion related to the fraudulent registration of two houseboats, resulting in a sentence of one year probation and an order to pay $4,095 in restitution.
