USWNT to Host Iceland at GEODIS Park in October

The USWNT will play Iceland in a UEFA Women's Euro Qualifier at GEODIS Park on Oct. 27.

The U.S. Women’s National Team (USWNT) is set to host Iceland at GEODIS Park, presented by AT&T, on Sunday, Oct. 27, at 4:30 p.m. CT. This match will be the second of a two-game series against Iceland, with the first match taking place on Oct. 24 in Austin, Texas. The game will be broadcast on TNT, Max, Telemundo, and Peacock.

This will be the second time the USWNT has played at GEODIS Park, having previously secured a 1-0 victory over Japan in the SheBelieves Cup on Feb. 19, 2023, in front of 24,471 fans. The United States Men’s National Team also played at GEODIS Park, defeating Ghana 4-0 in an international friendly on Oct. 17, 2023.

Iceland, currently ranked 14th in the world and eighth in Europe, secured a berth in the 2025 UEFA Women’s Euro tournament by finishing second in Group A4 in the qualifiers. The last encounter between the USA and Iceland was on Feb. 23, 2022, where the USWNT won 5-0 in the SheBelieves Cup in Frisco, Texas.

Tickets for the match will be available for presale from Tuesday, July 23, to Friday, July 26, at 8 a.m. CT. Nashville Sounds Unveil 2025 Home Schedule**

** The Nashville Sounds Baseball Club has announced its 2025 home schedule, featuring 75 games at First Horizon Park, starting with an opening game against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp on March 28. The schedule includes several exciting matchups, with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders visiting for the first time since 1991 and other major league affiliates like the Memphis Redbirds and Gwinnett Stripers making appearances. Early bird season ticket renewals start on August 5, and the full promotional schedule will be released by early March 2025.
