Register of Deeds Office Closure for Independence Day

The Register of Deeds Office will be closed on July 4th and 5th.

The Register of Deeds Office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, July 4th and 5th, in observance of Independence Day. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, July 8th, at the office located at 300 Deaderick Street.

Complimentary street parking is available, as indicated by signs along Deaderick Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. (Charlotte Pike) between 3rd and 4th Avenues North. There is a temporary entrance near the parking area on MLK Blvd.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department has issued safety reminders for the Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th celebration, expecting over 250,000 attendees.
