The artwork, Elements of Art Out Norf, spans 71 feet in length and 9 feet in height and depicts the history, diverse community, unity, and prosperity of North Nashville. Metro Arts will celebrate this artwork with a family-friendly event that includes pizza, music, ice cream, and free art supplies for all attendees. The event will be held on July 27 at 4:30 p.m. at Kossie Gardner Sr. Park, located at 1606 Jefferson Street.
This project is funded through Metro Nashville’s Percent for Public Art Fund, established in 2000 under Mayor Bill Purcell.
