The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum has announced the lineup for the All for the Hall Dallas benefit, set to take place on Tuesday, September 10, at Gilley’s Dallas. The event will feature performances by Clint Black, Robert Earl Keen, Scotty McCreery, and Carly Pearce in a Nashville-style “guitar pull.”
The two-day event aims to support the museum’s education programs. It will begin with a performance by Grammy-nominated trio Midland on Monday, September 9, at a Patron Party hosted by Anne and Steve Stodghill, who are the honorary co-chairs of the event. Previously announced performer Vince Gill will no longer be attending the headline event.
Hosted tables and tickets for the event can be purchased here.
This is the second time All for the Hall will be held in Dallas. The inaugural event in September 2021 featured Brooks & Dunn and Trisha Yearwood, raising over $630,000 for the museum’s educational initiatives, including its flagship Words & Music program. The program, active within the Dallas Independent School District and beyond, pairs professional songwriters with school classrooms to create original songs.
This year’s event leaders include Lisa Arpey and Vikram Agrawal as chairs, the Stodghills as honorary chairs, and Carri Hyde as a production partner. Annabel Morgan and Emily Hyde are serving as Troubadour Dallas Ambassadors co-chairs, engaging the next generation of patrons.
The event’s inaugural chairs include Katy and Lawrence Bock; Terri and Kurt Johnson; Jonika and Corky Nix; Sunie and Steve Solomon; and Anne and Steve Stodghill. Entertainment producers include Rod Essig (CAA), Ken Levitan (Vector Management), Clarence Spalding (Maverick), and Jody Williams (Jody Williams Songs).
The All for the Hall campaign began in 2005 at the suggestion of Country Music Hall of Fame member Vince Gill. The series, launched in 2007 in New York, has alternated between New York and Los Angeles in succeeding years, with Gill and fellow Country Music Hall of Fame member Emmylou Harris as hosts. Keith Urban co-hosts a recurring All for the Hall concert in Nashville. In September 2021, Dallas hosted its first-ever All for the Hall benefit. Funds raised from these events support the museum’s educational initiatives, which served over 230,000 people last year through in-person and virtual programs.
Designed for grades 3-12, the Words & Music program helps students develop language arts skills by writing original song lyrics. The program has engaged more than 160,000 students since its inception in 1979. More information about Words & Music can be found on the museum’s website.
The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum collects, preserves, and interprets country music and its history for the education and entertainment of diverse audiences.
