Bethel University Partners with City of Murfreesboro

Bethel University offers reduced tuition for Murfreesboro city employees enrolling in online programs.

Bethel University is now offering a reduced tuition rate for City of Murfreesboro employees who enroll in the university’s online degree programs. Employees must meet the admissions requirements for their chosen program to benefit from this offer.

The special tuition rates for the 2024-2025 academic year are as follows:

– $299 per credit hour for undergraduate degrees (standard rate: $361)

– $499 per credit hour for graduate criminal justice programs (standard rate: $541)

– $539 per credit hour for graduate business programs (standard rate: $650)

This reduced tuition rate is not combinable with other discounts such as military, first-responder, or public service discounts.

Additionally, Bethel University will waive the application fee for City employees applying to their online degree programs. The university will also collaborate with the City of Murfreesboro to inform employees about the educational benefits and degree program options available.

Informational materials and activities will include:

– Emails to employees with program details and links to relevant website content

– Scheduled opportunities for employees to speak with a University enrollment counselor

– Other promotional materials such as webinars, newsletters, brochures, and posters

If the partnership between Bethel University and the City of Murfreesboro ends, any city employees already enrolled in Bethel University’s online degree programs will continue to receive the agreed-upon tuition rates until they complete their enrollment.
