Arrest Warrants Issued in Hit and Run Case Involving TSU Football Player

Arrest warrants issued for Arsenio D. Miller in fatal hit and run case.

Arrest warrants have been issued in connection with the fatal hit and run collision that occurred in April, resulting in the death of Tennessee State University (TSU) football player, Chazen Page. Arsenio D. Miller, 33, faces charges related to the incident.

The collision occurred on April 14 near Gallatin Pike and Marion Avenue. Page, 20, was struck by a maroon SUV while crossing Gallatin Pike just before 1:30 a.m. The vehicle, a Ford Edge registered to Miller, was discovered with front-end damage consistent with hitting a pedestrian. The SUV was found on the evening of April 15 in the backyard of a home on Oakhurst Drive belonging to one of Miller’s relatives.

Miller refused to be interviewed by police in April and remains under investigation as authorities work to identify the driver of the SUV on the morning of the incident. The issued warrants allege that Miller, as the vehicle’s owner, should have knowledge of who was driving and that the SUV was involved in a fatal collision.

Arsenio Miller surrendered at the Criminal Warrants Division and was taken into custody. He is charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death, failure to render aid, failure to give immediate notice of a crash, and failure to report a crash.

Anyone with information on Miller’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers can remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
