AMERICANAFEST 2024 Lineup and Special Events Announced

AMERICANAFEST 2024 reveals new artists and special events including Songs of Yellowstone and a tribute to Mary Gauthier.

The Americana Music Association has announced an exciting lineup for the 2024 AMERICANAFEST, scheduled to take place from September 17-21 in Nashville, Tennessee. Among the newly revealed events is the Songs of Yellowstone, a special celebration featuring artists whose music has been showcased in the popular TV series Yellowstone. This event, set for Wednesday, September 18, will be moderated by Yellowstone music supervisor Andrea von Foerster. Attendees with festival wristbands can enjoy discussions and performances by featured artists.

Additionally, the festival will include an All-Star Tribute to Mary Gauthier on Tuesday, September 17, at City Winery. Following the tribute, Gauthier will perform her 1999 album Drag Queens In Limousines in full, accompanied by Jaimee Harris. This event is also exclusive to festival wristband holders.

The newly announced performers for AMERICANAFEST 2024 include Bryan Simpson, Caitlyn Smith, Chris Acker, and many others, bringing the total number of showcasing performances to over 200. A complete lineup will be announced in the coming weeks.

Festival passes for the week, priced at $125, grant access to evening showcases and select special events. Silver Passes, available for $499 ($399 for Americana Music Association members), offer additional benefits such as priority admission to events and access to the daytime educational conference.

The festivities will kick off with the Americana Honors & Awards at the Ryman Auditorium, celebrating influential figures in Americana music and featuring unique performance pairings. Tickets are currently available to association members, Silver Passholders, and Festival Passholders, with a general public sale beginning on July 24.
