Register of Deeds Office Temporary Closure

The Register of Deeds Office will temporarily close and reopen at a new location.

The Register of Deeds Office will close at noon on Friday, June 21, at its Bridgestone Arena location. It will reopen at noon on Monday, June 24, at its new address: 300 Deaderick Street. For the convenience of visitors, complimentary street parking is available, marked by signs along Deaderick Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. (Charlotte Pike) between 3rd and 4th Avenues North. Additionally, a temporary entrance and nearby parking are accessible on MLK Blvd.
