Nashville, TN – The Tennessee State Government’s Department of Human Resources (DOHR) has announced its new mission, vision, and values (MVV) statements. These new guiding principles are designed to enhance efforts in attracting, growing, and retaining top talent for the state government.
The new mission is: “Guiding ‘people solutions’ to attract, grow, and keep top talent.”

Juan Williams, Commissioner of the Department of Human Resources, expressed enthusiasm about the new MVV statements. “We are excited to unveil our new mission, vision, and values, which reflect the culture of our employees and their commitment to excellence, innovation, and people.
