Detectives Seek Public Help to Identify Gunman

Authorities are working to identify a gunman involved in a shooting incident in Nashville.

Detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division are working to identify the gunman who fired shots near the intersection of Linbar Drive and Wallace Road on May 26th. The incident occurred at approximately 9:15 p.m., resulting in a passing motorist being struck in the hand.

The suspect is believed to have been involved in a crossfire scenario, impacting a male victim who was driving a pickup truck through the area. Following the shooting, the suspect fled the scene by entering the passenger side of a light-colored sedan.

Authorities have released photos of the suspect and the vehicle involved. They are asking the public for assistance in identifying the gunman. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers can remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
