Tennessee State Parks are offering a variety of events to make Father’s Day special this year. With over 90 events scheduled, there is something for every dad to enjoy. From fishing events to crafts, the parks have planned activities to cater to different interests.
Among the highlights are Father’s Day fishing events at Paris Landing State Park and Old Stone Fort State Park. For those who enjoy water activities, there will be Father’s Day floats at Big Ridge State Park and Fort Pillow State Park. Craft enthusiasts can participate in Father’s Day crafts at Cedars of Lebanon State Park. Additionally, special Father’s Day hikes are scheduled at Pickwick Landing State Park, Cordell Hull Birthplace State Park, Long Hunter State Park, Cedars of Lebanon State Park, and Savage Gulf State Park.
The parks also feature excellent facilities, including eight restaurants, nine golf courses, six lodges, and hundreds of cabins. These amenities provide great gift ideas and make for a perfect Father’s Day outing.
